1. Cancellations
• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to process the cancellation if the order has already been dispatched.

2. Refunds
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will process your refund or offer an exchange as per your preference.
• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take 7-12 business days to process.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing the purchase.

3. Non-refundable Items
• Certain items like Shoes, Undergarments, product damage photo & video must be provided by buyers and if fount not as its original conditions, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
